City Affordable Housing Program
Jim Sattler, Inc. has been involved in all aspects of building and designing homes for families participating in the City of Cedar Rapids Single Family New Construction Program. The city program goal is to assist qualified applicants to purchase a program approved unit. It is our goal to build homes that exemplify the historic character that was lost in the neighborhoods devasted in the 2008 flood.
Jim Sattler, Inc. has designed five house plans approved by the city to be built on the awarded lots. The list of awarded lots is available for viewing along with the house plans designed to fit on each lot. The lots can be viewed at the listed addresses and the program overview and buyer guidelines are available at the city website.
