Jim Sattler, a native of Cedar Rapids, is President of Jim Sattler, Inc. and is involved in both homebuilding and land development in the Eastern Iowa Corridor. He has been awarded the coveted national design award (the "BALA") two times in 1994 and 1996. "BALA" showcases builders' homes that illustrate design quality, success in the market place and exemplify the "Best in American Living". He has been a Real Estate Broker since 1981 and is President of Sattler Realty.
